8 Wastes Video Assessment

Send us a 30 second video of an operator running one cycle of a process. We will send back an assessment of the eight wastes we found, where they showed up, and roughly how many seconds of cycle time you could recover.

No charge, and no sales call attached. We are pressure testing our AI assessment against real processes, and your reaction to the results tells us where it is accurate and where it is not.

What are the eight wastes?

Lean practitioners remember them as TIMWOODS. Most are invisible to the people who run the process every day, because the process has always worked this way. The assessment names each waste it finds in your video and puts seconds against it, so you get a specific list of opportunities to reduce cycle time instead of a general sense that things could be faster.
